We collect the content you create while using the app, including messages and photos sent in chat, community posts, club and tournament activity, and match and scoring data.

1.5 Contact and Waitlist Information

If you contact us or join our waitlist through the website, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide.

1.6 Device and Usage Information

We collect a push-notification token so we can send you match and message alerts, and standard technical information (such as device type and app version) needed to operate the Services reliably.

• Service providers who host and operate our infrastructure, principally Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, and push notifications), strictly to provide the Services
• Other users, limited to what you choose to share on your profile or send in chat, matches, and community features
• Legal authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of swing or our users

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, so your information is not shared with ad networks.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, your profile, matches, and messages are deleted from our active systems; some information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

• Control location and notification permissions through your device settings
• Delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete Account in the app — this is immediate and does not require contacting us
